Reynard has taken all necessary measures to ensure that all our suppliers that deal with the identified conflict minerals are sourcing from “conflict-free” suppliers and smelters. Our policy is to uphold the Conflict Minerals provisions of the Dodd-Frank Act, HR 4173, Section 1502 (“Conflict Minerals Act”), to ensure that our products do not directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) or in adjoining countries.
