Precise Beam Deviation
Reynard offers custom optical wedge prisms used to reflect or refract light at precise angles and are available in a variety of deviations, wedge angles, shapes, sizes and materials; coated or uncoated.
Optical wedge prisms are commonly round with each surface polished flat and tilted to each other at a specific angle. Wedge prisms can be used individually or in a pair. Precise beam deviation can be achieved by placing two optical wedges in series and rotating each wedge to each other, then rotating the wedge prism assembly.
Custom prototypes to volume production are available.
