Pinholes are used in holography to remove unwanted spatial intensity variations in a laser beam. Thus, the intensity side bands from a Gaussian beam are stripped away. Pinholes are available un-mounted, mounted and are available from 1 to 1000 microns. Gold coating can be applied to the pinhole surface to allow it to operate in high energy environment. Custom size pinholes and slits are available upon request.
Custom optical components, thin film coatings, photolithography and optical and mechanical fabrication.
